In 2020 Honey entered recovery for addiction and shifted perspective + genre to identify as Christian based. While in recovery, Honey spent time writing, diving deeper into her faith, and focusing on the 8 dimensions of wellness, in which she was able to process her emotions and dig deeper into the root of her pain. Through all of this, Honey found that creating music for the Lord is what her true calling is.
